The Healing Powers of Essential Oils:

Essential oils ease physical pain, they are the cold and flu warriors; Essential oils are the germ killers for our planet.

As the “superbugs” become more and more resistant to antibiotics the world will be turning to more plant based medicine.

  1. I cannot even imagine taking a yoga class now without the inclusion of scents and oils! It enhanced the class on several levels. First and foremost, their therapeutic and restorative properties naturally enhanced my breathing. Additionally, because the oils had such a pleasant calming effect, I transitioned through yoga poses with relative ease and grace.
